Vigil. Coordinator of Religious Education: K-8 Our Parish Religious Education Program seeks to help parents in their role as primary faith educators of their children. In addition, we rely on parental support as teachers, aides and for the many other tasks necessary to keep our program running smoothly. Classes are available to all children of registered parishioners in grades K through 8. Classes are held on Monday evening from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM. The Elementary students begin with an introduction, than proceed to their classroom for instruction. We conclude together with a snack and crafts. The Middle School curriculum is called Faithways. This program is an active hands on approach, which reinforces and enriches their elementary faith foundation. Each month we come together for a prayer service as part of our instruction. Our program also includes preparation for the Sacrament of Reconciliation and First Eucharist. In the summer there will be a Vacation Bible School from Monday, June 24 - Friday, June 28. The daily sessions run from 8:00 AM to Noon. Our Catechists are active parishioners, who enjoy sharing their faith with the children of our Parish and neighborhood.
